Move in without a deposit.

Keyfly replaces the rental deposit. Instead of setting aside hundreds of thousands of forints up front, you pay a small monthly fee, and your landlord receives insurance cover in its place.

When does Keyfly launch?

We're preparing for launch and will announce the date once every condition is confirmed. People on the waitlist hear first.

How much does it cost?

The fee depends on the deposit amount and an individual assessment. With HUF 350,000 rent and a three-month deposit, it's roughly HUF 5,250 a month. You see the exact fee in your offer before you accept.

Is the fee refunded like a deposit?

No. The fee is the price of the service, not a deposit. In return, the full deposit amount stays with you and is yours to use.

What happens if the landlord suffers a loss?

On a valid claim, the insurer compensates the landlord and then recovers the amount from you. Keyfly replaces paying a deposit, not your responsibility as a tenant.

What does the landlord need to do?

Simply accept the insurer's certificate of cover instead of a deposit. The service is free for them.
